- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I got here at 8. Around 8:15 someone that doesn't work for LM told me I couldn't walk in and speak with them it's appointment only. I drove all the way here for nothing because it says that nowhere online. I called and spoke with someone from their office just to be transferred to a LM call center. I came to the that facility and called that facility specifically to speak with someone in person to better understand the situation and look at my car. This was unprofessional.
